Gerri Kies - Founder and CEO
Gerri Kies brings more than 20 years of experience in executive recruiting and corporate human resource leadership roles to the team. Most recently, Gerri was a Managing Director at Taylor Winfield. Prior to joining Taylor Winfield, Gerri led successful practices in various sectors, including consumer branded goods, retail, foodservice, manufacturing, high-tech consumer products and financial services. Her extensive senior level human resources experience includes leading Fortune 500 Companies PepsiCo, Macy’s and Nations Credit.
Gerri completed her Bachelors Degree in Administration from Austin College and holds a Juris Doctorate from South Texas College of Law. Now residing in the San Francisco Bay area, she is active in SHRM, Women’s Foodservice Forum, National Restaurant Association, American Society of Compensation and Benefits, American Society of Training and Development and ENetworking Association of Executive Search Consultants (AES)
Karla Lacey - SVP Marketing and Marketing Practice Leader
Karla has had extensive experience in a variety of organizations. Most recently, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Guckenheimer, LLC where her efforts led to a successful liquidity event. Prior to that she was the Director of Integrated Marketing Communications at Cisco Systems. Fluent in Spanish, Karla worked in Europe and Latin America in marketing management. Karla started her career at a Certified Public Accountant at Arthur Young and Company

Karla has a BBA from Texas A& M University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Karla serves on the executive team of Thursday Morning Dialogue, a women’s networking organization and is also active in alumni activities for Harvard Business School.
Jan Clark - SVP Finance
Jan is a seasoned executive with experience in finance and operations at KFC, Pitney Bowes and her own healthcare start-up. She is a CPA/CGMA. Jan has a BBA from the University of El Paso and a MBA from Southern Methodist University.
